Excellent food quality and presentation. Hands down, they have the best pastelitos (empanadas) from coast to coast (I've had empanadas from California to Florida, and none have compared in flavor to Chicharron Shack). The pork Chicharrons are the meatiest I've ever seen offered. The fries are great, and the tostones are addictive. The chimichurri is the best. Not only is this place filling a niche missing in local fare, but it is a memorable food experience that will have you craving more.
I had a good feeling as soon as I was handed my food and that unmistakable aroma hit me! Not easy to find chicharrón and tostones out here, but I'm glad I took the drive because the food was just like a trip back home!Well seasoned pork, and very tasty pastelitos. 👌🏽👌🏽Seems like it's takeout only for now, hoping that changes.
Cannot recommend more. Best Dominican food since I left the northeast. Affordable, came out very, wonderful portion size Absolutely fantastic. Cannot wait to go back
